Per request, tortilla recipes. Naturally, using regular flour is a bit easier than coping with gluten-free mixtures but both recipes are easy to accomplish. I know you can freeze wheat flour tortillas but haven’t tried it with the gluten-free ones . . . mainly because they didn’t last long enough to be leftover!
Although the gluten-free calls for a specific brand of ‘flour’, I used BetterBatter with good results.
